Square Wheel Entertainment is a newly established production company mainly made up of Alan Cassar, a stage and T.V. program director and Lyona Xuereb a young production and sales manager who was instrumental in the production of the well known programme Showtime.

The team has a background of 13 years of success on stage in Malta and abroad, boasting such shows as the remakes of We Will Rock You by Queen and Ben Elton, The Phantom of The Opera, Jesus Christ Super Star, Evita all By Andrew Lloyd Webber, Saturday Night Fever, and the original Dance of the Vampires .

All the above mentioned shows were directed by Alan Cassar. These musicals have launched a number of talented young individuals on the local scene with roles varying from acting to set building and design to production co-ordination.

This dynamic team also made countless shows in many of Malta’s leading hotels and resorts offering its services to various production houses among them Where’s Everybody and Synergix.  The team has also worked abroad with performances stretching to countries like Turkey, Poland, Estonia and Italy. However, this repertoire of successful performances has left the team craving for more.

Square Wheel is now in the process of broadening its horizons to movie making and T.V. productions which will hit the local scene in the coming few years. Our insatiable appetite for success and over a decade of experience will undoubtedly help us in achieving our goals and lead us to a new level of professionalism.
